Hand to Hold has been named a featured charity in association with the upcoming Austin Marathon and Half Marathon [Feb.17, 2013.] through their 26 Miles for 26 Charities Philanthropy program. This spotlight helps us reach more families in need of support and allows us to connect with our Austin community – it’s a Win-Win!
